Submit executive summary or business plan.

Submit initial documents for investor‘s review upon request. 

The documents requested include, Fully Executed Contract, Proof of funds to Close, Business Entity Articles of Corporation, Principals PFS, Appraisal report or BPO, Executed Service agreement.

MOVE TO FUNDING

LOI/ Term sheet delivered to borrower for review and signature.
All conditions satisfied and accepted by underwriting.
Move to funding !
